Merrill Lynch / Bank of America Engagement: Building Trust and Credibility
In conjunction with International Women’s Day, Nova facilitated an hour-long interactive workshop for 30 Houston-area financial leaders.
Nova was invited to work with a group of senior leaders to define tactics and strategies to increase client engagement and rapport with an ultimate goal of driving business revenue and creating client “stickiness.”
Objective: Building trust and projecting confidence in their abilities to work with high net-worth clients.
Outcomes: Participants rated the content as a 9.1 on a 1-10 scale regarding its usefulness and immediate applicability. The #1 piece of feedback was “more time with Kathleen and Lisa.” Nova has been invited to return for a second women’s leadership event in 2018.
