Merrill Lynch / Bank of America Engagement: Building Trust and Credibility
In conjunction with International Women’s Day, Nova facilitated an hour-long interactive workshop for 30 Houston-area financial leaders.
Nova was invited to work with a group of senior leaders to define tactics and strategies to increase client engagement and rapport with an ultimate goal of driving business revenue and creating client “stickiness.”
Objective: Building trust and projecting confidence in their abilities to work with high net-worth clients.
Outcomes: Participants rated the content as a 9.1 on a 1-10 scale, citing the usefulness and immediate applicability of the workshop. The #1 request from participants was “we’d like more time with Kathleen and Lisa.” Nova has been invited to return to facilitate additional development for women in leadership roles.
